Location Information

Parking Department Location

The City of Malden Parking Department is located at 7 Jackson St.  on ground floor of the Jackson Street Parking garage. You can enter through the door on Jackson St. and look for the secondary door inside of the garage labeled Parking Office.


If you are visiting by car, you may park on Exchange St. 


If you are visiting by public transportation, the Parking Department is located one block east of the Malden Center T station.


*Note -The location for parking appeal hearings is at 215 Pleasant St. - 2nd floor at the City of Malden Treasurer's Office.
